"Delightful colonial hotel. Walkable to sightseeing."

"This is a great location. Walkable to shops and restaurants and Love Park, Art museum, and Reading Terminal Market. Our room was spacious and the kitchenette with regular size fridge and sink is really nice for extended stays. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again."

"We booked this spot last-minute during an unexpected overnight layover in Philly and were so glad we did. The location in Old City was perfect—super walkable and felt very safe, even walking to grab a late-night Philly cheesesteak after 11pm on a Saturday. "The room was so much more spacious than we expected. It was clean and quiet and the hosts provided some nice staples for their guests. Getting in and out was very easy because of the stellar communication, and we had a very easy walk to the venue we werw going to, as advertised. Very happy with our stay, thank you!"

"This was a five star experience! The staff were friendly and wonderful! My room was upgraded to a corner room on the 19th floor, providing awesome views of the city. The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The robes were cozy. We had a food credit that we used for room service breakfast- the order was timely, correct and delicious! I would definitely return to this hotel!"

"My husband and I had never stayed here before but it was in the right location for our overnight visit to the city. After booking, I called the hotel with some questions and the person i spoke with, Tina, could not have been nicer. She took the time to answer all my questions. "Location, location, location— CQ is in the heart of it all, walkable from Rittenhouse Square, City Hall, and even the Art Museum. Tons of great restaurants and cafes in the area. Lots and lots of shopping too, including the Liberty Shoppes mall across the street. Room itself was quite small (typical of city hotels) but clean with a comfy bed and a good shower.
