"The breakfast was good with a big variety. Nice warm breakfast. Hot Tub pool area was nice loved the hot tub. The room was large. Staff was friendly and kind. "

The pool, hot tub and vending machines were all out of order. In our bathroom, no conditioner or soap in the dispensers. Then when we checked out, we had a charge on our hold credit card for $22.81 for “incidentals”. The same guy who checked us in last night was cleaning rooms on our floor when we were to check out. "Not clean "

"The staff was super amazing and helpful when we needed extra towels and things. The only thing that was a little upsetting was the people next door being loud until 1am and than back yelling and screaming at 6:30. (Not the hotel’s fault)"

"The room they checked me into was being worked on with drywall debris and equipment laying all around. Last time I stayed there the room was turned over everyday with fresh linen, but this time no turnover no cleaning and no fresh linens and we were there for four days! This stay was truly disappointing."
