"Myself and my partner only stayed for one night. The cabin was very clean and cosy with everything we needed for our short break. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent, things that not all places we have stayed get right. We used it as a stop off on our trip to photograph the mountains and surrounding areas, this was the perfect stop off for what we wanted. Thank you for the stay, it made our break, we will definitely be booking again."

"A nice place to stay in the city. The rooms are a bit far from the hotel and there is no park place in front, a couple of minutes walking. The staff is so gentle and they make all the effort to make you feel like at home"

"Hotel is in a great location and has good facilities but it looking a little tired in places notably around the pool and spa area. Breakfast was good but some of the cooked items could have been better. I booked a double double room for our family night away. Checked in and was given room 111 which was an unpleasant dark and cramped accessible room, windows were covered in frosted glass so you could not see out as it overlooked a utility courtyard. "Its hell inside the rooms, no ac! Stay away during summer months"

"A truly wonderful find! Quiet, convenient, clean well appointed cottage, with attentive, friendly hosts. Good parking, near enough (by car) to the Mourne Mountains, Murlough, Tyrella and Ballykinler beaches and Newcastle. About a 45 min drive from Belfast. A great haven for peaceful outdoor pursuits or just getting away from it all. Will happily stay again! "

You have a coastal walk of Strangford Lough, an amazing Castle, all the village amenities and great pubs, with the Dufferin Arms providing that that fantastic Irish atmosphere and experience (stones throw from Driftwood.
