"Kylbeg was such a peaceful and relaxing place to be. Just a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood with an equally beautiful view. Lots of quiet and privacy. The location was great. So close to Cork City and the quaint towns of Carrigaline and Crosshaven, and an easy trip to the ferry over to Cobh. "The staff were less than helpful, There was no car parking anywhere near the hotel. It was student accommodation and not suitable for mature aged travellers. We chose not to stay here and found another motel."

"I didn't realize this was a student dorm facility that apparently they rent out during the summer months. No air conditioning in the room and it was quite warm in there. "Gillian's apartment was the perfect base for us exploring Cork County, the beautiful Copper Coast and the magnificent Rock of Cashel. Parking is ample and safe, and the apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with EVERYTHING we needed to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen has all you need to make meals (we made our breakfast everyday before hitting the road, and a.couple of dinners too). Thank you Gillian for hosting us.
