Welcome to our beautiful house in Loubes Bernac. We hope you enjoy your stay! The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.

Having relocated from Cornwall to France, we have tried to make sure you have everything you need to make your holiday home feel like home and not just a holiday home.

As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave and plenty of other kitchen essentials including the ever so important dishwasher.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and free wi-fi internet access as well as a Bluetooth music system.

There are also BBQ facilities and a private pool available from mid May. surrounded by decking nestled amongst the Cherry, Fig and Walnut trees. There is also a large lawn area to enjoy too. With a number of delightful walks close by to enjoy, amongst the vines and rolling lansdcape

This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6.
In the first bedroom, you will find a king size bed and private ensuite facilities on the ground floor.
The second bedroom contains a double bed and the third has 2 single beds.
The first floor bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.

Linen, bath and pool towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable and leaves you more room in your suitcases


Soumensac is less than five minutes and the bustling market towns of Duras, Lauzan and Eymet are less than 20 mins away.

The world famous retreat, Plum Village is less than 5 minutes by car and a gentle 25minute walk or 10 minute cycle - Bikes by Good Turn Cycles can be delivered to our property

Classed as the gateway to Dordogne, the options are countless Lalinde, Sarlat are ideal for a day out.
Issigeac, Monbazillac and Monflanquin are all well worth a visit, with so many medieval Bastide towns and Castles a short drive away.

Fishing and walking at Lac de L'Escourou is less than ten minutes away.
The prestigious Chateau Vigiers golf course and its Michelin starred restaurant is also only 15 minutes away

30 minutes from Bergerac (25 mins from the airport) and 90 minutes from Bordeaux (St Emilion is less than an hour) Gite Les Barts is perfectly placed.

House Rules :
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are allowed at the property. Supplement of £20 per pet applies
- Private pool available from mid May to October. (weather dependent)
