"The mattress, comforter without its cover sheet, pillows look terrible have mixmatch colors, bigger size. The towers looks bad. The host should learn how to do a basic cleaning standard business.
The room is pretty new construction but the bedding, organized bathroom is also ver important "

"The room was great. Everything was modern and comfortable.
The check-in process is scary if you wait until the last minute. I accept most of the responsibility, but I wish I would have received a warning e-mail for not checking in the day before. Just an email that would make me acknowledge the automated process that I would be entering into and without help from staff on site.
We were on a 42 day trip with 14 different hotels, so we were spoiled by most of the hotels that had staff to assist...

"The location is convenient as it is next to the railway station. However, I didn’t find the stay very comfortable. The mattress was quite hard, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
The room was described as having a garden view, but the window was fixed and covered, so it couldn’t be opened and there was no real view outside. It felt more like a room without a window.
There was also a lingering cooking smell in the room, possibly from food prepared by a previous guest, which...
