The rental includes the approx. 2,250 sqft upper level of the property. The separate bottom level and a detached guest house in the back of the expansive property may be occupied by the property manager and long-term tenants during your stay. Individual entrances ensure all guests staying in the main residence enjoy complete privacy, comfort and quiet.
