We loved this house and hope to stay here again. The house was perfect for our small family Christmas dinner. The open floor plan and the jacuzzi in the covered gazebo were the highlights. Definitely recommend this villa

Susan's home was perfect for welcoming our family to the West Coast. The location -- right across the street from the beach -- could not be better! Susan was a kind and helpful host, and dropped by once to make sure we were happy. We were!As for amenities, I have never seen such a well-stocked short-term rental! The kitchen had every small appliance you can think of, including an air-fryer, ice-maker, crock pot, espresso machine, popcorn maker, fondue set, pasta maker, blender, juicer, etc., etc. There are at least three full sets of dinner ware, tons of pots, pans, serving trays, flatware, plasticware for children and babies, etc, etc. and also, a huge selection of glassware, including all shapes and sizes of cocktail and wine glasses.Susan's game room is filled with games large and small -- appropriate for both adults and kids.The four bedrooms are well-appointed, with plenty of extra pillows, sheets, duvet covers, etc. The bathrooms include plenty of towels, along with robes to wear, three types of hair appliances, and plenty of styling products available for use.There are TVs (with Roku) in all bedrooms, as well as the living room; and *two* great washer/dryer stacking units in the home.Susan even has an "everything" drawer, filled with scissors, pens, tape, batteries, notepaper, string -- everything you might need over the course of your stay.All of this, and the house somehow doesn't seem cluttered or crowded at all.

This property is fantastic. We met up here with a few friends & family members and had an amazing week!!The house has beautiful ocean views from the living room, front patio & front bedroom.There were plenty of linens for showering, bedding & beach use which was so convenient. Susan has the house stocked with whatever you could possibly need..there were even hair dryers and curling irons..amazing!The ktichen is beautiful with nice appliances and any cookware / machine you could imagine. The backyard was spacious and has a brand new bbq, pizza oven and PLENTY of shaded seating!! Not to mention the enclosed hot tub, which was a lifesaver after long days at Disney.To get to the beach you simply cross the street and head down the steps. The beach was clean and so peaceful. Extremely convenient not having to get sand in your vehicle after a day at the beach, A!We went to Disney / California Adventure and the drive was quick & simple from the house.Parking was good, we all had larger vehicles (truck, van, large suv) and used the back outdoor area and it worked just fine. Susan was responsive and ensured we were comfortable all week, looking forward to coming back next year already.

I have stayed at hundreds of short term rentals and this was my favorite rental ever. I did not want to leave! The property is huge and there is everything you could possibly need available. So many towels, and blankets and umbrellas and games and fire wood and kitchen gadgets and robes and soaps. They even had supplies to make s'mores. I cannot wait to come back!

3 night stay

Perfect place for a large get-together. Called Susan a couple of times with questions when we were there. She responded back immediately and couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful. There was also a handyman that helped with questions and who was also very helpful with my dumb issues.The place was clean, comfortable and supplied with everything we needed. The kitchen had all items we needed for cooking our one meal at home. There is a nice back yard for relaxing and reading. We enjoyed long coffee chats every morning in the front ‘porch’ area. It was so comfortable and the view was so nice that we had a hard time getting moving each day. It was our first time in Long Beach and we were all impressed with the area and with the location of the house. We were also pleasantly surprised at how quiet it actually was.If we were to go back to Long Beach, we would definitely stay here again. T.S.

Little piece of paradise!

Perfect communication and warm welcoming! We were stunned by the plethora of cookware and the accommodations were clean and beautiful! Our family met there for a long weekend with our yorkies and we loved every minute of it! The neighbor was so kind! He offered us a dog stroller! The jacuzzi was fantastic! The view was great and the location even better. We were so impressed that we have decided to visit more often! Absolutely loved our getaway!
