HOUSE RULES AND AMENITIES:
𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦/𝗦𝗢𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦: We adhere to Airbnb's policy and maintain a strict no-party rule to preserve the peaceful neighborhood.
𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗘𝗧 𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗦: To avoid disturbing the neighbors, we impose 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗲𝘁 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝟭𝟬 𝗣𝗠 𝘁𝗼 𝟴 𝗔𝗠 every day, including holidays. Violation of this rule may result in removal from the unit without a refund, in addition to a minimum $100 fine.
𝗦𝗠𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚: Smoking is 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗵𝗶𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 inside and within 15 feet of any exterior door. Smoking in the unit will result in an odor removal fee of $500 to cover the cost of odor removal and/or steam cleaning.
