* Additional insurance certificate naming owner as insured
* Production fee of $100/hour or $1,000/day
* 12-hour day includes load-in and load-out
* Site representative included in full-day rate
* Maximum crew size of 15 people
* Hair and makeup station available upon request

Artwork and photography throughout the house are original works by the owner and may require additional clearance for production use.
