I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience.
Check-in was honestly pretty frustrating. There were a lot of people arriving at the same time (it looked like multiple buses had just come in), so it was very crowded and slow. On top of that, my card kept getting declined 3–4 times, even though I knew I had funds available. The staff member kept running it as debit, even after I mentioned trying it as credit. I ended up calling my bank, and they confirmed it should be processed as credit—once that was finally done, it went through. That part was stressful and could have been handled better.
That said, the rest of my stay was great. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was nice and quiet. I really liked the overall look and feel of the hotel.
So overall, a good stay—but the check-in process definitely needs improvement.
