Deluxe Living Cali offers convenient self check-in with a secure door code for a smooth arrival. Upon reaching the community, simply call us and we will remotely open the main gate for you. After you’re checked in, you’ll find a gate opener inside the home, allowing easy in-and-out access throughout your stay for added convenience and privacy.

We are happy to assist with any questions you might have or provide tips and recommendations around the area. You will not be disturbed unless you message us through the Airbnb Message Center.

Conveniently located near Interstate 5 and public transportation, commuting is simple and stress-free. Guests also love being just minutes from Magic Mountain and other exciting Valencia attractions, making this luxury apartment the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and location.

This gated community opens to reveal buildings with stunning architecture and a huge clubhouse. All of the amenities are nestled between our lush landscaping and mature shade trees. The property also provides high-speed Internet access for our guests. The business center is finished with print, copy and fax capabilities to make everything easier. The other half of the clubhouse houses our modern fitness facility, where guests can get in a quick workout without the drive to a gym. Guests enjoy spending time at our outdoor swimming pool. The pool area includes a large sundeck, a steaming spa and a relaxing sauna. The shade trees make it easy to nap in the shade, or you can tan in the sun by lounging near the pool. NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY!!! A LARGE FEE WILL BE FINED AND WE WILL CANCEL THE RESERVATION WITH NO REFUND.

We would recommend this place. It was everything the description says. It’s clean, great location. Views of the golf course and pool from the unit. Would definitely stay there in the future.

This is a lovely property. The kitchen is very well appointed, including an lots of spices, an air fryer and an Instant Pot. The beds were very, very comfortable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful, clean apartment in a great neighborhood and area of Valencia. Close to great restaurants and shopping. Clear and quick communication from the host. We have stayed here a couple of times and hope to stay here again!

Terrible experience

Due to the fires near by and the warnings for poor air quality and to be ready to evacuate we canceled our stay. The host would not refund our stay even though it was unsafe. They did not warn us either. They did not give us our damage deposit back until we had our credit card file a case against them and we had to escalate the case with Vrbo. Host communication was terrible. They would not respond back to me or Vrbo even after multiple times. Vrbo was also not the most helpful either, it was sad we had to keep fighting to get our money back. Vrbo closed 2 of our cases without making sure everything was taken care of. Wasted a lot of my time. I would never book with this host again.

Daughters birthday party to Magic Mountain

We had such a wonderful time here. The house is super cozy. We really enjoyed the hot tub and heated, swimming pool and the location especially if you’re going to visit Magic Mountain

Beautiful Apartment!

The host has thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable, and make guests feel welcome! The kitchen was stocked to the max, plenty of extra bedding, and a lot of extras that were above and beyond! The apartment complex is beautiful and quiet and looks out over a pretty golf course. The instructions for the house and checking in and out were clear and easy to follow. The only two things I would improve is better communication (there were questions I sent to the host that were never responded to) and the check in process. I agreed to pay the fee to do an early check-in and was told I could be in the apartment by 2, so we were in the area and ready to check in before told we would not be able to check in early. And then by check in time we received the automated message with information but did not receive the code to the apartment until 15 minutes after we were to check in. The code was finally sent but again I had some questions that just weren’t ever answered. Besides that I would stay there again because the apartment was so beautiful and accommodating.
