Guests have access to the entire home, garage, lower half acre lot for additional parking/event space, back lot for even more parking, and the entirety of the 4.5 acre estate for enjoyment.

The home features generous indoor and outdoor living and dining areas designed for comfort and seamless environmental connection especially emphasized with a custom stone deck and jacuzzi with an ocean view. A fully equipped kitchen supports extended stays, while natural light and surrounding views create a calm, restorative environment throughout the house. All within arms reach of Calamigos Ranch, all Malibu Vineyards, and the well known "Old Place" restaurant.

• Primary Room - Queen Size Bed, Ensuite soaking tub with shower and steam shower room, private balcony, Walk-in Closet and awe-inspiring ocean views, located on 2nd floor
• Guest Bedroom #1 - Queen Size Bed, Private Balcony with ocean views, Ensuite Bathroom, Closet, located on 2nd floor
• Guest Bedroom #2 - Queen Size Bed, Ensuite Bathroom, Closet and Ocean Views, located on 2nd floor
• There is a an addition a queen pullout sofa in the downstairs office, which is located right next to a bathroom and shower

The home is tucked away in the beautiful Santa Monica Mountains, less than 10 minutes from the coast and Westlake Village respectively. Right down the coast is the Trancas Marketplace, featuring plenty of restaurants and shops, as well as a grocery store with beach access right across the street. There are are also many options to sit and eat, enjoy a nice coffee, or even enjoy the Westlake lake less than 10 minutes down the mountain as well. Catalina Island, the gorgeous Malibu sunset, and the vast Santa Monica mountain range can all be seen from a bird's-eye view. Due to the nature of the property we do have regularly scheduled Landscaping on Monday’s and Spa Cleaning on Saturday’s. If this is an issue for you we ask that you get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we can reschedule them.

We would really appreciate all guests to follow the following rules;

1) Any sort of event, extra visitors, or extra guests, must be mentioned to us and approved ahead of time and may result in added fees.

2) Pets allowed for added cleaning fee

3) No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or similar indoors. Our state-of-the-art smoke detectors notify us immediately - $500 fee for false alarms or rule violations.

4) Quiet hours: 10pm to 7am

5) Check-In: We have a check-in window from 3:00pm to 3 am. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by us.

Check Out: 11:00am. Late checkout is based upon availability and needs to be approved in advance. Our unapproved late check-out fee is $100 for every hour after 11:00am. Additionally, if you check-out after 12:30 pm without approval, then you will need to pay a fee equal to half a full day.

6) When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. We will try our best to collect and recover them for you if you notify us. We are not responsible for any sort of shipping cost in order to retrieve said items.

7) Hot Tub: Never leave children unsupervised; No broken glassware; $1000 fee if glass is found in Hot Tub.

8) Parking:
After you enter the gate, there will be a long driveway large enough to accommodate about 6-7 vehicles. Additionally, there is a garage port that can accommodate 2 more vehicles, with a lower lot that can comfortably hold ~20 cars without a parking attendant. Extra parking in back lot as well. So, the property can hold around ~30 vehicles.

This property contains an exterior camera at the top lot, and an exterior camera in the lower lot, which is periodically monitored if we have suspicion of an unauthorized event.

To protect the home and ensure all guests understand the property rules, guests are required to complete our short rental agreement through Hostaway after booking and before check-in. The agreement includes occupancy limits, house rules, noise/event restrictions, smoking/pet policies, damage responsibility, and checkout expectations.

A refundable damage pre-authorization hold may also be required before check-in. This is a temporary card authorization hold, not an upfront charge, and is released after checkout provided there are no damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, smoking, unauthorized guests, parties/events, or house-rule violations.

Failure to complete the required rental agreement and any required damage authorization hold before check-in may result in cancellation of the reservation in accordance with VRBO policies.
