We arrived at the hotel late at night and were very tired. The hotel’s computer system was down, so we couldn’t get a room key. I was upset at first, but the manager handled it well.
The next day, the manager called and politely told us that a refund had been arranged through the booking website. It was handled quickly and simply. We will book this hotel again next time.
