Very clean, well equipped with everything we needed, excellent place for our whole family, super close to Universal Studios and other great places! Loved the little side yard seating area for relaxing and recovering after walking all day.

Just a heads up that the homeowners live on site, which made the stay feel a bit less private and somewhat uncomfortable at times. We had to be mindful when letting our dogs out front, as access was shared through the same gate, even though it is a gated community. Additionally, there were instances where gardeners entered and left the gates open, which added to the concern.The location was ideal, offering convenient access to Universal Studios and other nearby activities we enjoyed. The home was well prepared with the renter’s convenience in mind, which made our stay smooth and comfortable.

Good location. Liked that the vehicle could be secured inside a gate. I would recommend black out curtains in the room and it wasnt the cleanest place. I liked that the tvs could be used with our personal app sign ons and it automatically deleted the sign on information. House has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The space was ideal for 5 adults staying there. Loved that it had laundry options (and they included the washing detergent too!). The kitchen was fully stocked with silverware, plates, and proper pots and pans for cooking too! I liked that the location allowed us to travel into LA or Hollywood with 20-30 mins only either direction.

The place was perfect! Clean, well supplied and the host was totally accessible for any questions. Home was secure, lovely outside area for sitting, eating. If you have children, it is minimally “decorated” so you do not find yourself having to be hyper vigilant! The one thing that could be broken our 18 mo old grandson took care of early on!! The owner was kind about it! Highly recommend if you need to be in this area!

This was a fantastic place to stay! Our family really enjoyed being able to stay together in this perfect spot, close to all of the activities we wanted to do in the Los Angeles area! It was super clean and spacious! The descriptions and pictures gave a very accurate preview of the accommodations!

We had an amazing stay at John's place. Everything was exactly as described and the place was amazingly clean! (I'm a crazy germaphobe and tend to reclean everything when I stay at any place, but I didn't have to reclean any of the bathrooms, toilets, showers, kitchen or floors!) There were a few games our kids happily played with and a well stocked kitchen with ample cutlery and dishes, plus the basic oil, salt, pepper, flour, sugar, pots and pans. The A/C was quick and efficient. Shower never ran out of hot water. Being able to do laundry was a nice bonus. We would definitely stay at John's again and highly recommend it! We didn't take photos but it was exactly per the pictures on the listing!

Quiet and peaceful. The neighborhood was quiet. The property itself has everything we could possibly need or want. It was clean. We felt safe and comfortable. I would definitely stay there anytime we needed to return to the area.
