Centrally located home. 20-30 miles to major Southern California attractions, such as the coast, Disneyland, Universal Studios, Hollywood, and many more. Private compound with free gated parking (1 space for guest only)

We own a private residential compound with two (2) separate private units on the ground floor, all with their own separate and private entrances from the gated parking/driveway area. The unit has all the comforts of home. It is private and cozy and you have the entire unit all to yourself. It has a full kitchen,

2 bedrooms / 2 full bathrooms
Bedroom #1 - full bed, (sleeps 2)
Bedroom #2 - has queen size bed - sleeps 2
has bunk bed-twin-top, bottom has full -sleeps 3
Living Room #3 - has air mattress beds (sleeps - 2)
Total has 4 beds and can sleep 6 people individually

It is equipped with AC/Heat, coffee maker, Wifi, and Cable TV.

Full Kitchen to fix your own meals or to to nearby restaurants to grab a bit to eat.

If you value a pristine living space, then this house is tailored just for you: Leave outdoor shoes outside to prevent dirt and germs from entering. This simple habit effectively maintains the cleanliness and freshness indoors. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!

This was the worst stay I have ever had! I was barely responded when I sent several messages. First I had to call to see what the code was at 2:30 on check in day only to find out the place I rented months ago was not available…then we are put up in a place that was much further away from our event with blood stained sheets, mold in the coffee maker, no hot water and beds that weren’t beds at all they were Futons!! Hard as rocks! To top it off I was sent check out instructions 10 minutes before we were suppose to be gone. We were from out of town at a wedding and had no other choice but to stay as hotels were outrageous and not available. I would advise not staying with this owner as she has multiple listings in the east San Gabriel valley.

Two night stay in November

We stayed for two nights over the weekend. The house met our purposes and was a good value for us. The house address is not the same as the listing. I would confirm with the manager or owners before going to the address. Parking is gated in the driveway. There is a nice garden in front and the house was very clean and stocked. The internet was strong and you can stream your apps on the television. There wasn't much of a homey feeling as the house is minimally decorated, but we were only in the house at night. Which no one complained about the rest they got. We met the owners on the property and they were very welcoming and even gave us some sugar cane from their garden. We would have no problem staying here again keeping in mind location and cost.

Cozy, clean, and comfortable home in safe neighborhood

The house is well maintained and very clean. I loved the garden in the front yard. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The neighborhood felt safe and was within minutes to various restaurants and stores. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 for check in process was because usually the owners just message check in codes and information but this owner did not release this information until we were at the gate and talking on the phone. Otherwise this was a nice home and pleasant owners.

Great little spot

This property was perfect for what we needed. Had everything we needed, from the kitchen, the amenities, safe gated parking and the host was hospitable and gave us everything we needed in a timely manner before we arrived. I would definitely stay here again and recommend staying here.
