The neighborhood is excellent & our stay was restful. The guest house & amenities are as described. The check in process was very easy. One hiccup was that we had trouble connecting to the internet in order to watch TV. However, Lupe came over right away and worked with Spectrum in getting it set up for us. A great place to stay when visiting Pasadena & the surrounding LA area.

The space was awesome - larger than some of our previous rentals. Nice, quiet street, with a great breakfast spot just a 5 minute walk around the corner. Everyone we encountered, from our host, Lupe, to neighbors on our walks, to the proprietor of the breakfast place, was super friendly. We would absolutely stay here again!

This was my second time staying at this property and I love it. I occasionally visit the area for work and it is the perfect location. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The rental is comfortable, well appointed and so cozy. The kitchen is well stopped with anything you could possibly need as far as cooking goes, and the bed is extremely comfortable. I highly recommend it. I’m planning to book again in the fall.

So very clean, easy check in, host was super friendly and responsive - everything I needed for basic kitchen functions, plenty of towels and some really nice blankets - It was a very comfortable and restorative stay! Walkable to a great breakfast spot, I'm already bookmarking it to stay here again! Lupe (and everyone else I bumped into during my stay) was super nice!

Guest house

The guest house was in a great location. It was on a quiet street with gorgeous Mountain View’s. The accommodations were great and the owner was very responsive.

Cozy, clean cottage

I had a lovely stay at this well equipped, clean and cozy cottage. Owner was communicative and quick to respond to inquiries. Would stay again and I recommend.

Great location near downtown Pasadena. Host was very accommodating and prompt with communication and gave helpful specific instructions for check in, parking etc
