House was spacious. Pool was cold, not very clean and front step to get in pool was crackling apart. The house was very outdated and run down feeling. The beds were uncomfortable. They either were hard as a rock or felt lopsided to sleep in. Parking was only street parking and if not ba k early had to park down the block. Overall I would pick another house next time.

Communication was good as we didn't not know how to operate the thermostat. It was a Nest thermostat and we could not figure out how to switch from cold to heat. He ended up sending a video. The property was as shown. We enjoyed our stay and the views of the mountains. It was nice to have 3 bathrooms as well.

Really disappointed. After a full day of travel we arrived well past 4p check in to a very dirty house. Cleaners had not arrived. We tried to contact the host and called several times to no avail. Contacted VRBO support and finally (after 1.5 hours of trying to figure out what to do) cleaners arrived. We had to leave and take our very tired family out to dinner (something we did not plan on spending money on.) to get out of the way for the cleaners. We also had to finish the laundry that the cleaners didn’t do in order to have towels to shower that night.After all this we were only reimbursed our cleaning fee..ridiculous.Negatives: expired k-cups for us to use and only a Keurig coffee maker, pool area was dingy and the lounge chairs were broken and falling apart. Trash surrounding the pool pump/filter, some of the bedrooms were missing screens in the windows, gross towels to use and zero pool/beach towels. The water pressure in the showers would blast you to outer space and the showers were SO small. The water turned way too hot too fast to the point it was dangerous to have our kids use the hot water faucet in bathrooms. Also- our ONE day to enjoy the pool a pool guy came and had us get out so he could clean it? Then added chemicals so we couldn’t get back in for at least an hour. Incredibly rude to not be told this. The communication was horrific. Never would rent from this host again.

Description of the property was accurate. Was roomy enough for the 8 of us. We were comfortable. Universal Studios was our main destination so this property was excellent for us!

Great place for a medium to larger size group. Lovely walkable neighborhood. Easy drive to all the sights in the LA area. Comfortable beds and decently stocked kitchen. Only issue is it would have been nice if the patio and pool were maintained and useable, but not what we booked for primarily. Would definitely recommend and would happily book this home again.

Lovely property, great location for universal and LA Equestrian centre. Fit all of us and had everything we needed. The pool is more suited for the summer months as not heated. Parking wasn’t too bad to find for 4 cars around the property. 100 percent recommend for families, groups etc. We will stay again.

The good parts - property manager very responsive, helpful, and apologetic for any issues. Love the additional option for parking a 2nd vehicle as we did have two because there were 9 of us. At night, the neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. The not so good parts - the house, in my opinion, needs to be updated. Everything about the house was old with a splash of newer items to make it seem like it was updated. The kitchen needs a new stove, new faucet (wobbly), cleaning of the ice/water part of the freezer. There were only 2 TVs in the house. Not having a TV in the bedrooms, even a smaller one is a no-no when you have young adults. The showers in all the bathrooms were just old and raggedy. The double bed sofa is just a sofa. This should not be called a bed in anyway. One of the kids (young adults) had to sleep on the floor as we were a mix of family and each one had a friend with them. Couldn't use the pool as it was green. Did not have washcloths (although property manager had it provided the next day). Towels were very cheap ones. The gate for the 2nd vehicle was just covered in spider webs. I believe if they do more updating then the place would be worth staying there. We flew in from the East Coast, to got to Universal Studios & Disney so our expectations were that of wanting a place that we could brag about and feel like a true vacation home. Personally, we would not stay in this house again, but I would try a different property with the same property manager.

Great stay in Burbank

The house was very clean and comfortable. The pool was great, it made the August heat enjoyable! Nice, quiet neighborhood. Easy, prompt communication with host. Location was great for getting around in LA.
