As you step through the front door, the light ambiance & soothing neutral palette invite you into the home’s tranquil setting. The spacious living room provides options for entertaining a group or an intimate gathering in front of the fireplace. Built-in cabinets with a bar area & sliders to a side patio extend the living area and add functionality. The light & white kitchen features quartz counters with convenient pass thru access to the back patio and adjacent bonus room, with counter seating, a cozy fireplace & a sliders to the back and side yard. I've given every category 1 star simply because it would not allow me to get to the written review otherwise. Highlights: First full day I spent buying my own towels and sheets. Had my personal housekeeper in to clean for 5 hrs. She returned the next day for same. Cobwebs everywhere. Dingy, threadbare towels and sheets. Had the three overnight guests who visited during my stay bring their own sheets and towels. "Primary" bath was 1970's tract house aesthetic, and not in a good way. Every drawer and cabinet filthy and filled with half used personal care products and half-eaten food in kitchen. Because I was traveling alone, had a busy schedule and a lot of luggage, I decided to stay rather than find another disappointing VRBO property and relocate.My housekeeper's cleaning made it somewhat bearable. I left the moment my business was completed, a full 7 days early. Unless you are looking for frat house vibe, don't. Just don't.I have pictures to prove what I say.

I stayed at Audrey’s house and had an amazing experience. The home was exactly as pictured, clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. It’s large and very comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone. Highly recommend, would definitely come back.

Malibu Getaway

House was very nice and in a great location. The beach was only a 10 minute walk. We wished for a couple of amenities we have grown accustomed to. Such as wash clothes and bath mats in bathrooms and dish towels in kitchen. A TV in the master bedroom would be a nice touch.

Nice, big property in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Location was nice and just a few minutes drive to Malibu Country Mart and downtown area. Host communicated instructions timely and had no issues getting into the house. Only one issue was that the house was advertised for 10 people but only had towels, linens and pillows for 8 people. It was not possible to sleep on any of the couches.

great spot

everything exactly as advertised. very nice house in easy area of malibu. simple in/out , parking etc. gorgeous views from primary bedroom and living area. everything in good working order. my only feedback ( not worth a star removal, just insight) is that in the photos of the master bedroom, the sectional sofa was facing out towards the ocean. In the configuration we were presented, it faced the closets. This was a disappointment.. such a waste of a good view. one other insight-the room with the TV only had a sleeping bed, no chairs. It was fine for us because we are not TV people but if you had someone who wanted to sit around and “watch the game” it would’ve been hard to find the right chair situation, unless you used the ones from the kitchen table. great spot for a family getaway. we would def stay here again and can recommend !

Great location to many fun spots in Malibu. Clean but mildew smell in rugs and carpet - ? Water damage? Sparse furniture not functional for some rooms. Much needs updated or replaced. Many wall art removed and hooks left. Pictures on website not updated.

Family Getaway

The property was very nice and we had a great time. It is spacious and a great location. It was fun to have a pool table and we really enjoyed the nice backyard. The ocean view from the second story master was very nice as well and the property is convenient to all the great things in the area. I would love to rent it again in the future. . There were a few suggestions that should be addressed to make the property even better for vacationers. The bbq did not heat up enough to use for our steak dinner. it is a charcoal bbq and we used a full bag but it never heated up properly to cook the meat. Also, the kitchen needs more cooking tools and utensils. For those that like to cook, there was not a large cutting board and there were not enough bowls for serving etc. There were also no storage containers. There was no extra TP in the bathrooms and very few kitchen bags were there for our use. Lastly, just a note that the sink in the downstairs bathroom is not draining as the previous person closed the sink and we were not able to open it back up. Again, thank you for a lovely stay and your home is beautiful.

Wonderful stay!

We were getting married at a nearby wedding venue in Malibu and this vrbo was an amazing homebase for my husband and I. Plenty of space, beautiful home, easy access to PCH and cell service which is hard to come by in the canyons of Malibu! It was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Absolutely Beautiful

The property was well maintained and it was a perfect place for our daughter’s law school graduation with its close proximity to Pepperdine! The host was fantastic!

Nice large rental close to Pepperdine and heart of Malibu

We rented the house to be close to Campus for graduation, family lodging and celebration. It was perfect. Large, clean home with lovely ocean view from balcony. Huge master and nice backyard. Very close to shopping and restaurants. This is a newer rental and owner was very responsive to a few items that were lacking. Easy check in and great communication.
