This exquisite home is literally located exactly 1/2-1 block to the beach! This neighborhood was quiet and very accessible(walkable) to a delicious variety of restaurants and food choices. The home is well-stocked with all of the fun beach equipment!

Beautiful property. If you are a fan of Art Deco you will be absolutely delighted. The majolica bathroom tiles are exquisite. There are beautiful touches throughout the entire property. The home is spacious and comfortable, and it has everything you need for your stay. Great location, it is a very short 10 minute walk to the beach. Highly recommend it ❤️

My sister and I took my three kids to LA for fall break. We did all the usual things and this was a perfect home base. The dog beach was charming and the 2nd Street food and retail scene had it all. Loved the house. This is nerdy, but anything with a mortise lock has my heart.

The house was very cute and clean. Host was awesome and easy to get ahold of and very very friendly. Master bed was the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in. Lots of restaurants in the area and the beach is half a block away. The Aquarium of the Pacific is a 10 min drive away and Disneyland half an hour.. If you want somewhere quaint and interesting and safe … this is a great VRBO. We didn’t know it was just the downstairs so that was just a little surprise, but still fine :) Wonderful host ! We would recommend ! From. Canada !!

My family and I had the perfect weekend getaway at Casa de las Palmas! 1/2 block from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Home was picturesque with everything we needed. Beach cruisers were available with air pump, bike lock, and helmets. Boogie boards and all the beach necessities were provided! Everyone absolutely enjoyed their stay! I highly recommend for families or a couples getaway.

The house was like it is advertised .. we liked the decoration and it was stocked with everything that you need. Everything was there from spices coffee tea shower gel shampoo .. it was like coming home .. the parking is a bit of an issue on Thursdays and Fridays because the road gets sweept .. but we managed to have a parking spot near by.. we will definitely coming back ..

My family and I had a wonderful stay here at the Casa. The home was beautiful, clean and so well stocked with the things you would need for an stress-less vacation, weekend getaway, etc. My bed was so comfortable, I slept wonderfully and that is something I value highly. There were local restaurants in walking distance and many others a short drive away. Brad checked in on us and was very responsive to any text sent. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!!!

Charming little place on a relatively quiet street just a few minutes walk from a great public beach. We would definitely stay again in the future. Everyone loved the fountains and the breakfast nook, and the beach chairs and beach towels were appreciated. Had some minor mechanical issues with some things but the fantastic property manager was instantaneous on the solutions and was incredible to work with.
