The Space:

The home features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal, a large dining area for sharing stories over a bottle of local wine, and a comfortable living room featuring a Smart TV, to kick back after a day of exploring. Each bedroom features plush mattresses and plenty of space for you to spread out and make yourself at home. The home features 2.5 bathrooms, each stocked with essential toiletries. Out back, you'll find your own private oasis. The large, fenced-in backyard is perfect for your furry friends and enjoying the sunny Santa Ynez Valley weather. Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and private backyard area. Guests will access via smart lock.

Located just off of Bell St., a short walk to award winning restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and renowned wineries! **Please note that Los Alamos is an agricultural and industry heavy town. Getting Around:
Getting around by personal vehicle is easiest. Rideshare options are limited, but occasionally available.

AMENITIES:
We provide towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, coffee/tea, salt & pepper, cooking oil & trash can liners.

ENTRY:
There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. A unique entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest.

PARKING:
There is a long driveway for up to 3-4 cars to park, depending on size.

THE DRIVE:
The house is very easy to find and located off of a flat, paved road.

INTERNET:
The house has reliable high speed internet throughout the entire space.
You can access your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts with the Smart TV

OUTDOOR SPACE:
Hot tub, fire pit, corn hole, lounge chairs, dining table, gas BBQ available for you to enjoy!

BEDROOMS:
There are 3 bedrooms, one featuring a king beg, queen bed, and full bed. The living room has a queen sized pullout couch. Total accommodations can sleep 8 guests.

KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils/Spices/Oil

SECURITY:
Security cameras are located at the front and sides of the house for your security. There are NO cameras inside the property or in the backyard.

PET FRIENDLY:
Pets are welcome with a nonrefundable $60 pet fee (per pet/per stay). Please clean up after them. If any damage occurs due to your pet, you will be charged additional fees.
