"I only stayed one night so I can only comment on a few things. Our room was clean and the staff I engaged with was friendly and helpful. One disappointment was that there is a $9 fee for a parking pass for their lot. I think that’s ridiculous. I travel often and I’ve never been charged a fee to park in the hotels lot."

More concerning, guests were openly smoking marijuana at the main entrance, which was unpleasant and inappropriate. "Breakfast was actually better than other hotels in this segment. The breakfast staff was accommodating, but the hotel staff was checked out, not really engaged in what they were doing, rather indifferent. The hotel lacks clarity on how their amenities are accessed, ex. Wifi, having room made up, getting fresh towels etc. "

"Wonderful place to stay, staff were wonderful so friendly and accommodating! Breakfast buffet was the best we've ever had at a hotel. Parking lot was full, very busy hotel but still didn’t have to park to far away from hotel. Very safe location, could walk to just about any thing you wanted to eat, or they would shuttle you if needed. If we head that way for another vacation we will stay here again. "

"Breakfast was free and tasty. Staff was friendly. There is parking for 10.00 a day but it is limited. Nice room. Had a pool and gym but did not use either. The hotel is close to Franconia station to hop on the Metro. Very convenient."

"The hotel is located in a quiet area. There’s an abandoned building nearby. The room was clean and spacious. The only problem we encountered was the water. It only gave us lukewarm at first. It seemed as if the shower level is stuck and couldn’t turn all the way to the hot side. I called the front desk to fix it, but the maintenance personnel couldn’t come til the next day. "The property do not have gurage but they charge 15$ /day for parking whee none monitor in and out and plenty of open parking available in premisis. They did not clean the room after first day. The bath towels were wet to use for second day. They did not give a water also in room to use coffee maker. They did not even refill the decaf pouch for second day. . The key was not working on my rentun on second day in the night for no reason. Kids were sleeping I made them wait near the door for 5...

"Room was clean. Heating/AC unit rattled constantly while heating, was fine while running. Parking lot was posted "park at your own risk." Not exactly reassuring, consider putting the parking lot under camera surveillance and posting as such."
