"We have stayed at this property before. This time was a bit of a disappointment. We let them know it was our 26th annivasary and nothing. Have run a inn guests want to feel seen, important. Our room was small for the price we paid. The bathroom shiw was not cleaned with old soap tried on the inside and mold on the ceiling. Mind you this was only one room, the fact tgat they have a restaurant on property is nice. Also a breakfast/coffe place but my suggestion is if check out is at 11 stay open...

"Next door tenants kept us awake all night. Between the loud chatter, stomping & constant smell of cigarette smoke, we were lucky to have gotten 1 hr of sleep all night. It was like our neighbors next door were in the same room with us. Then in the morning they decided to have an argument with us because we were irate about the lack of sleep."

"My visit to the Red Lion was awesome! I’ve visited the property a few times and it never ceases to amaze me. The box breakfast is fantastic and the coffee is excellent. The lunch and dinner options are very good and I took advantage of both. The staff is super responsive and I couldn’t say enough about them, including the cleaning staff. The history of the building is all around you and the rooms are super spacious and the gas fireplace is a fantastic way to end the day!! Thumbs up all the way...

"Property was clean but outdated. Breakfast was subpar compared to other similar hotels. There is a Dunkin next door but this means we could not take advantage of complimentary breakfast. The accessible bathroom was large but would have benefited from a walk in shower and the showerhead was too high. The controls were difficult to manipulate. Would not have been usable by some in a wheelchair. The bedding was thin and lacked a comforter or quilt. The pillows were thin and not supportive. The...

"The hotel is outdated and dirty. There are no microwaves in the room. The paint is bubbling on the bathroom door. The bathrooms are extremely small. The breakfast was awful, scrambled eggs sitting in water, sausages raw. Both stays we were unable to eat the free breakfast. The staff is rude and interrupts when you're speaking. The signage leading to rooms 210-220 are non-existent so we needed to ask a non-english speaking employee to take us to where the rooms were which was difficult...

"I wish I wrote his name down, but the person at the front desk when I arrived was so beyond kind, thoughtful, and accommodating. My reservation did not come through. Since it was through a travel app, he offered ways that I could resolve it. He came by to ask if I wanted a glass of water as I worked through it. Above and beyond while working with other customers that had arrived."

"Hot tub wasn't working properly. No bubbles. I had to fix the toilet as the handle was loose. One side of the toaster is broken and only toasts one side of the bread. Other than that the breakfast was good. Liked how the parking lot on the side had a door that went right to the elevator."
