3 bedroom ''Casa de la Alegria'' FN 210 epitomizes all of the best in a Loreto Bay Vacation home. Spacious and elegant, this two story structure with plunge pool sits just a 1 minute walk from the Sea of Cortez!...

Inside is the main living area. Mexican tile and ceiling beams give a fell of handcrafted quality to the house. There is a Smart TV, Wifi, along with comfortable sofas and chairs. A separate dining area has a table for four with hand made equipage chairs!
The kitchen is large, with windows that let in a lot of light, and stocked with all needed appliances.

There are also 2 downstairs bedrooms, one with a Queen bed, the other with 2 Twins. Each has it's own bathroom with shower stalls and a vanity. One has a large tub as well.

The second floor offers a terrific space to enjoy charming Loreto Bay. The large patio is comfort personified with its dining table, BBQ grill, chaise lounges and rooftop views.
The gorgeous upstairs master bedroom suite is full of traditional furnishings. ait has a King bed, and private bathroom with a tub and shower.

Excursions are readily available from Casago as the property management company, including dive, snorkel, island boat tours, fishing (fly or conventional), hiking, historic mission exploration and ancient cave paintings. Ocean View and Great location.

Exceeded our expectations

Wow! A beautiful property and setting. We have both but good things to say about the neighborhood, property management staff and Loreto. We had two teenagers with us and they loved being able to bike to the pool, etc. The house is truly wonderful and extremely tastefully done. ¡Gracias por todo!

We had a wonderful stay in this unit. Spent nearly every morning watching the sunrise from the well appointed top deck. Loved the bikes. This unit works perfect for three separate couples if needed. Great location- easy to beach, pool, and lovely restaurants. The management company was great and very responsive to any of our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay!

My husband and I traveled with our 4 kids (ages 27-30). We were supposed to be here for New Year's Eve, but snow in Seattle delayed our trip 2 days. The owner was more than accommodating and let us adjust our dates 2 days on each end. That was great! We LOVED this casa. It was spacious and close to the beach. The kids had the 2 downstairs bedrooms, we had the upstairs master suite. I really enjoyed watching the sunrise from the 3rd floor tower. It has two comfy built in couches. One of my favorite things was the lemon tree. I drink lemon water every morning, so free lemons right outside my door was wonderful. I also loved having 2 bikes to ride. It really helped getting around easily and was fun. Our friends rented a smaller casa nearby. Theirs came with 2 kayaks which we all happily used. There were 10 of us altogether. One highlight, we rented a private catamaran and went on a snorkeling tour to an island ( not Coronado Island). That was a great experience. The company was called abt sailing.. The "kids" liked going to town. The taxi was fifteen US dollars each way. The only negative was the dishwasher. It did not clean the dishes. This was a bummer because there were 6 of us using dishes, so hand washing was a problem. We stayed 9 fabulous nights. We highly recommend this casa and we would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay in Nopolo

So many little nooks to sit and relax. Clean and in a great location in the complex. The only issue we had was when we ran the dishwasher and it coated EVERYTHING in a white film. We washed by hand the rest of the week, scrubbing everything to get it off.

Golf and fishing heaven

Wonderful Stay

The property was very well taken care of and a great location, close to the beach and not too far from the community pools. It is also walking distance to several restaurants and the market all with reasonable prices and selection. Dahir with Casago was very professional and helped us out with all our requests. One thing that we were not aware of before coming was that its best not to drink the water. But they provide a water cooler style bottled water in the villa and then it is only 35 pesos for refills.
