Centered within the heart of Loreto Bay, this recently constructed, exclusive, one of a kind custom designed home offers everything imaginable for the discriminating guests having exquisite taste. From panoramic Giganta mountain and golf course views on all three levels, to impeccable interior furnishings and accessories, you will enjoy style and comfort in every well thought out and spacious living area. Guest will be wowed by the exterior's modern eclectic curb appeal and will sigh when gazing upon the pristine and roomy entryway. The home has 4 bedrooms including an enormous king primary suite and queen suite with the best views of the pool and majestic mountains. Also a cozy full bedroom ensuite, and lastly a bedroom/gym multi-purpose suite with a private full bath, mini fridge,sink, microwave and a very comfortable murphy bed. On the landing upstairs is a double chaise lounge sofa cleverly hiding a plush queen sofa-bed. Four of the private ensuite bathrooms are set with pebble stone nuggets on the shower floors and the walls are woven with transparent ice blue glass and polished marble tile.
Luxurious amenities also include a 42ft x 17ft heated outdoor swimming pool, hot-tub for 5 people, a gas firepit and a private drive-way parking area. Access the second level where all bedrooms are located, by climbing the gorgeous floating staircase showcasing cable railing, or by using the very convenient elevator.

This property ensures a pleasant and serene experience. Complete with a plush living room and well appointed kitchen, The beach is only a short 5 minute walk away. Please note, to ensure added safety and guests support, this home is monitored 24/7 by 6 surveillance cameras located at the front, both sides and the rear facing the pool and hot tub. The ring doorbell and keypad will allow for easy check in and checkout.
The entire home is available with the exception of the garage and a storage closet upstairs. There is more than enough closet storage for your needs.

The property is indeed exquisite, and elegant. The hosts and owner are outstanding. We have stayed at many properties. This one is top shelf. We were particularly impressed with the owner and hosts. They really made our stay special.
