"We stayed here for my husbands birthday weekend Joss welcomed us like family. The room and serivce was amazing We was made to feel so welcome. Joss had a card sent to our room for jons birthday Which was a lovely touch. The area is stunning and so quiet. "Dick was extremely welcoming and friendly coming out to meet me on arrival and carrying my bag. My accommodation was clean, comfortable and set in beautiful surroundings. The breakfast was plentiful with excellent service. Would love to come back with my family."

"A quiet and safe building in the garden of a larger house that you park directly outside. Excellent hostess who was very helpful. We had a cosy evening before a short drive to Longleat safari park. Thanks for looking after us. "

"Terrible check-in. After a 3 hr journey I waited for approx 10mins at 'Reception' (a computer at the bar!) just wanting to find out where the hotel car-park was while a staff member had a long, long, discussion on the phone about a booking and my friend had pulled in to a lay-by outside. Only 2 staff members on duty, the other staff member was new & had no idea about the car park. Extremely frustrating after a long drive and the staff member just ignored me. "Lovely property. We had a double room, which was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking. The only gripe (tiny) the curtains wouldn't stay closed. I used a hair clip to keep the morning light out."

"Our stay at the Vobster Inn was delightful! The room accomodations were top-notch and the host, Peta, was so helpful, welcoming and made us feel comfortable. We had a wonderful stay at a wonderful inn. "

"Friendly staff, proper country pub vibes but lovely and quiet room that was clean and comfy. Parking was a little confusing as the car park is very small, but road parking is available all around. Shower was a bit low on pressure but a personal preference. Would strongly recommend to anyone visiting the area or heading further south/west as a stop over!"

"I brought my friend here who was visiting from Australia and you didnt disappoint! Fabulous! Everything was absolutely perfect. Such a nice touch having the radio in the room too. Delicious dinner and breakfast. "

"Dinner was amazing. The service was awesome. Loved all the quirky things to look at throughout both the pub area and our bedroom. Wish we could stay longer to explore these more. Nice little touches like pot pouri in the bathroom. Comfortable bed for a good night sleep. "
