"Lovely Rustic Charm, great next to the Broad, freedom to come & go -totally idyllic for me. Quiet, peaceful and commutable to local town, train station. Relaxing and would love to return. Basic but suitable cooking facilities, hot water, good shower, comfortable accommodation. "

"Third time booking this hotel. Always lovely, clean, warm (radiators are always on before you arrive so the room is lovely and warm to get easy in). A lovely lady from concierge called me today to confirm my booking and ensure we had the details for the contactless check-in (access codes for the front door and key box) as we were due to arrive after she had left. Super friendly and welcoming. Room is lovely and clean, large comfy bed, clean bathroom and shower and even a space for cooking...

It’s modern and comfortable and overlooks fields so completely private with hot tub, fire pit and bbq all ready to use The Nags Head pub does good food and is walking distance. "Very modern. Clean nice decor. Loved having a washing machine especially after 4 weeks of travel. Just a few practical issues. Both taps in the kitchen ran hot. Our bath towels must have shrunk in the wash. They were barely bigger than our hand towel. Internet kept dropping out when there were more people staying. Shower base was very slippery. "

"Our week stay at this property was lovely. The house has everything you need and the view from the back is amazing. Shame it was out of season for river fishing, or I would have been having a go. Excellent host and all round property. 10/10."
