Platja de Long Branch

My room was disgusting… the floors were covered with dusts, coffee machine has mold. The shower handle was very difficult to use with only warm water to shower. Elevators were down, waited about 15-25 minutes in line to get to my room each time I left. I was a process to retrieve my luggage from the bell service staff- it took about an hour to have my bags delivered after calling them a second time. By the way, waiting about another 15 to get someone to answer. Good luck waiting for someone to pick up at the front desk or room service. This was a terrible experience.

Our one night stay was wonderful. Front desk associate was friendly and upgraded our room. Our dinner at Hell’s Kitchen was fantastic. Location is convenient and easy to navigate. Lots of slot and table games options
