One dog under 40 lbs allowed but $50 pet fee must be checked at the time of booking. Exceptions to policy but must be pre-approved. Including service/comfort pets.


Come enjoy not only a vacation but a way of life on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. The Gulf Palms Cottage is located on a quiet and safe street in Long Beach just three blocks from the beach and harbor. With huge Live Oaks, the balmy sea breezes and plenty of outdoor space the cottage is situated in the center of everything the Coast has to offer. Our comfortable 3 bedroom, 1 ½ bath cottage is just moments from great restaurants such as Steve’s Marina, Bulls, Harbor View Café and Darwell’s. The exciting night life of Biloxi with its casinos and entertainment is only a short drive down the beach. For the “Salt Life” there is great pier fishing, Charter boats, beach volleyball, beach fire pits and the longest beach front on the Coast are just blocks away. With the free splash pad, City Park that features outdoor movies and music and the developing city center two blocks from the cottage there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Grocery stores and Walmart are a few minutes’ drive with Edgewater Mall , Premium Outlet Mall, Crossroads Mall and numerous boutiques all less than 20 minutes from the cottage. For those that desire more adventure there are several outstanding day trips within an hour from the cottage………New Orleans, Mobile, Ship Island and scores of historical and interesting destinations around the area.

Great Place and Great Location

This is our second time staying at Gulf Palms Cottage. Super close to the beach with everything you need for your stay. We love to stay on Long Beach and this house is perfect for our family of four!

Quiet getaway

Harold was extremely helpful and communicated all information about the house and things to do in the area! The house was located in a nice quiet neighborhood! Great place to just relax! The house has a nice little screen porch where we had our breakfast every morning! Overall we had a great time at Harold’s place!

Girl’s Trip

The cottage is a great place for a beach getaway. We had our own bedrooms. We enjoyed hanging out and talking in the living room. The place is very clean. It is close many eating places and the ferry for Ship Island.

Great place to relax!

We love nature experiences and there are many outdoor things to do within an hour's drive of here. The cottage was a great place to relax at the end of the day. Good eating options very close. The beach was a short walk as well. A well equipped kitchen for preparing meals.

Long Beach

The gulf is in walking distance of this cozy house ! The property was fully furnished with everything you may need to make your vacation great ! We enjoyed the peace and quiet at the house ! Our teens was also very comfortable! So much to see and do here! We enjoyed the stay and highly recommend this property.

Short gulf Beach getaway

This place was very "homey" we enjoyed our stay as there was plenty of space and plenty of things to do while in the home and plenty of things to do within walking distance of the home. Very nice neighborhood. Great restaurants nearby. The home was very well furnished with everything we would need plus some. All in all in was a great stay. 👍

Sisters vacation

My sisters and I go to the Mississippi coast (specifically the Long Beach area) every fall to get away and enjoy each other. Gulf Palms cottage has been a favorite of ours for the last 3 years. It's a cozy set up and just 2-3 blocks from the beach, as well as being close to good food and entertainment. The hosts are top notch!!

This place was the most wonderful place that we have booked on this site. When you say a home away from home this location was just that. The communication was phenomenal. The place was phenomenal. Great property

Very homey feel. Property was very clean and very well thought out. The lot was huge for a residential neighborhood with beautiful trees.The palm tree in front was dropping fruit. We like the fruit too. Harold made sure he covered everything for check in/out. Definitely recommend if staying in the area!

Great Quiet Getaway

We wanted a relaxing getaway with our family pet do do some fishing with our boat. Weather was fantastic, house was comfortable and relaxing with everything needed to cook and not have to eat out. Loved the screen porch. Reminded me of the many years in my childhood visiting the coast. The host is very accommodating to your needs. Highly recommended

Girls trip

This was the absolute best VRBO experience we have ever had. The house is so cute and has everything you could even think about needing and then some! There are even games, books and movies for entertainment if you don’t feel like going out. So conveniently located near everything we needed. Harold was so communicative and answered all our questions so quickly. Not only that, he went out of his way to check in and give us suggestions for our 4th of July experience! 10/10 recommend this property and this host!!

A totally AWESOME vacation house!

Renting this house was effortless!! We changed our dates, which was absolutely no problem! We had lots of communication with the owner of the house! The house is beautiful, spacious, has a beautiful screened in porch, everything you would need for the beach, lots of room for playing in the yard, and very close to the beach! It could not have been an easier, more relaxing experience renting this vacation home!!

Relaxiing Vacation

It was just my sister and me. We are both senior citizens si we do not do a great deal. We read a lot, and there is a fantastic group of books there. We eat out a lot and we chose restaurants that overlooked the beach. We went to Waffle House for breakfast and Steve's and Shaggys for lunch. I think Shaggys was out favorite. At the house, the screened in porch was so comfortable in the mornings. The cottage itself was comfortable for us. We each had our own bedroom. If we went back to Long Beach, we would stay there again.

Decent home, but nothing fancy

The property manager was truly wonderful. He provided all information i could want and more. I really appreciated the whole process of renting this home. It is definitely an older home. One of the doors was off enough that we pushed a couch in front of it to feel comfortable at night. It locked, but barely. The shower also struggled quite a bit, we cpuld either have hot or cold nothing in between. The AC struggled, during the day it couldn't keep up and didnt go below 79 until well after dark. The area is great and the home had a ton of availablt extras on the way of beach equipment, grill, kitchen things, etc. Overall it was a decent stay.

Long Beach cottage

Lovely little cottage in a quiet neighborhood near downtown Long Beach. Harold was great to work with and was easy to reach when needed. We’ll stay again!
