Katie and Ian were fantastic and attentive hosts! Communication was great, they provided a number of local places to eat and areas to explore. Katie was always available to answer any questions or even bring down some Advil when we were in a pinch! The space has everything one would need for staying comfortable and feeling like you’re right at home! Our little dog enjoyed his stay as well, and loved his walks through the neighborhood.

The Sweet Suite is a wonderful Suite Indeed!

Our stay was excellent - the host family was wonderful - very kind, thoughtful, and responsive to any issue we experienced. They took our care and comfort as seriously as they did for their own family! The location is wonderful - the neighborhood is safe, quiet, and a beautiful place in which to walk. The location is also convenient to everything - the airport, the Interstate Hwy, everything one might want to see seems like it is no more than an hour away: Boston, Hampton Beach, Lake Winnipesaukee! There are well-behaved kids and pets that made the stay even more enjoyable. The suite is modern, quiet, comfortable - it was a home away from home - easy to work remotely from, cook meals, watch TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTubeTV from our own subscription accounts. We would definitely stay again! Many thanks to the hosts for their attentive care for our suite and needs!

The suite was spotless, modern, and exactly as described in the listing. Every detail had clearly been considered to make guests feel comfortable and welcome. The suite was well equipped with everything I needed during my stay, and the host family was more than willing to help if there was anything missing. The location was also ideal—close to local attractions, restaurants, and activities while still providing a peaceful and private atmosphere.Communication with the host was outstanding. They were responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process, making check-in and check-out seamless and stress-free.This was one of the best vacation rental experiences I've had, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
