"Good location/price but the bathroom needs attention: very slippery shower tray with no mat option and nowhere to put anything. Hot drinks available in communal area but its temperature was so low (at most 5°C) that you couldn't sit there and the china cups chilled the drink! Can't comment on breakfast because I had to leave by 7.15 but express checkout was painless."

"Staff very welcoming and accommodating, room was spotless and nice and warm and the breakfast was worth the visit on its own very high standard of hotel.
Maybe some instructions on how to use coffee machine as an improvement. "

"Beautiful surroundings, the cottage we stayed in was spacious, well kept and ideal for a relaxing break. During most of our stay the onsite restaurant was closed but there are great local options available. The only downside was the pool area was looking a little tired with the jacuzzi and a shower in the changing area out of service. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed our time here."

"Excellent accommodation in a beautiful location. The communication from the owners prior to our stay made it extremely easy and relaxing. The images of the accommodation do not capture the fantastic views or the warmth of the cottage interior. A gem, we’ll definitely be back. "

"A very comfortable and well equiped cottage. Lovely having a wood log burner. A dog walking area, plus many walks in the area. Close to the town and local shops and other facilites. Halfway between Dundee and Perth, both worth a visit. A very relaxing holiday destination."
