USU Graduation

Stayed here for graduation and enjoyed the property. The flat is beautiful and well done. We had guests and the large kitchen and living room was perfect for 12 to eat. The location is downtown and within walking distance to restaurants etc.

This is such a fun property. It is exactly the kind of place you would hope to stay in a downtown. For Logan, this is a very special place though.

Best place in Logan!

We loved this place! It was a great location, huge!!, super comfy and clean! Check in and out was seamless with a code to enter. We had no problems at all, and enjoyed the large open space to relax with my daughter at her graduation. It’s the only place I’d come back to in Logan. A lot of things are old and run down and dirty- this is the cream of the crop. Loved it! And the owner was so nice as we happened to run into her at the property.

Great Stay for family

Our family stayed at the South apartment for 2 nights while down for sports. The one bedroom sleep area is large! They asked how many rollaway beds we wanted and I only reuqested one as to not be crowded, but it could fit 3 or 4! The upper loft is fun, but my boys complained it got hot up there. Location is great! Right across is the tabernacle so they kids would go over there and play on the beautiful lawn. There is an elevator, never seen one like that before! You have to hold the button down the whole time to have it go up or down.

Beautiful property

Enjoyed the stay, the property is beautiful and very comfortable. Great location and the street parking was no problem. Very easy to get in and we would return. Only suggestion is a little more attention to detail for this price point. For example: high end body care products were indicated in the listing yet Some of the bottles in the shower Were actually empty. Property was clean over all however, things like the microwave and hall mirror were dirty.

Disappointing

I was excited to find a place right in downtown Logan that especially had the term “luxury” in the title as I needed a nice place to rest after a stressful travel day. I didn’t realize from the listing that there was a bustling and very noisy hair salon right below, the traffic was very loud, and that the building was a concrete box in a parking lot. When I arrived. I needed to nap, the sheets were wet and I was told a heavy spray was used to dewrinkle them but I was not able to take a nap until the woman cleaning next-door brought me fresh sheets - she did not offer to put them on the bed for me. The surfaces had not been dusted and there was a significant amount of dust around. The TV in the front living room did not work. In the bedroom there were stairs that went right down to the hair salon and the noise traveled significantly. Even at 5 AM the traffic was so loud it was hard to sleep. The furnishings were fine, I had been attracted by the washer dryer. It turns out it was a combination washer dryer and each cycle took upwards of two hours. It was impossible to unlock the door to get the clothes out until the full cycle is finished. I had to run a three hour dry cycle late into the night to get my clothes dried and get them out of the machine. Check in was easy after I finally received the check in instructions and the property owner was kind enough to allow me to check in early. I would have preferred to check in on time had the unit been cleaner. I had hoped that this would be a quiet and relaxing stay. It was quite a disappointment for being so expensive.

Brilliant

I came here to work, to relax, to be inspired. And everything about 22 East made me want to never leave. The renting process is ultra easy, the kitchen chef-worthy, the space at once modern and historic. Come alone, bring your love (each side of the bed allows custom comfort adjustments and massage), or bring your babes (they’ll flip over the loft). But come! You’ll chalk it up as one of Logan’s best and brilliant attractions!

GORGEOUS HOME

Loved everything about this place. It was very clean, perfect location, kitchen was well stocked, the house keeper even came during our stay to check in on us. Loved it!!
