Bearway to Heaven is your next great rustic adventure in Hocking Hills! Charming cabin bringing comfortable accommodations up to 6 guests. All 3 bedrooms are located on the main level. Theater room with oversized theater chairs in the lower level give a real cinematic experience! A covered front porch, DirectTV, DVD player, fully equipped kitchen and year round hot tub make it easy to unplug and unwind! Located on a dead end road that remains peaceful, even though there are other cabins nearby. Must be 21 years or older to rent. 4x4 recommended.

The place was clean and I would definitely stay here again. A lot of the administration must be handled by Book Hocking rather than the owner who actually knows the property. They use similar language in every property description, including “4-wheel drive recommended” even though there is a perfectly flat parking area, and “leave your trash in the bins out on the driveway”, even though it should have said walk/drive your trash 1/8 mile to the end of the private road where all the trash cans are. Those were just minor annoyances for the dad planning which vehicle to drive and how to take out the trash. I don’t think the rest of the family noticed or cared. I would certainly stay here again!

Great House in Hocking Hills

We enjoyed our time at this property. Our party included parents, grandparents and a child. The theater room was amazing! Our family spent time hiking in Hocking Hills and this was a great property to spend time in.

Weekend getaway

Great weekend getaway location! Very quiet and so beautiful. Kids loved watching movies in the cinema room and relaxing in the hot tub after dinner was a great way to end each day.

So cozy!

I have to admit when we were traveling down the windy road to find a dirt street with a few homes I was a bit nervous. That all changed when we entered the cabin it was spotless and so cozy. We enjoyed Thanksgiving there and had all of the supplies we needed. We would stay again for sure!

Girls book retreat

We had a lovely weekend getaway at the property. Our plan was to stay in the cabin. Enjoy the theater room while we binge watched favorite movies and read/talked about books. Was a little tough to find the house, GPS wasn't completely accurate, it gets dark very early in the fall, and we're very nervous about accidentally driving where we weren't supposed to but everything worked out. View off the back. Balcony was a perfect fall scene. House felt much further away from everything than the address actually is. Mattress is a little uneven in several rooms but was able to find a comfortable spot since there was only one person in a bed. On our list of places to come back to next fall.

Bearway to Heaven was great getaway

My friends and I rented this cabin for a Girl's Weekend. The cabin was clean, comfortable and well -stocked with towels, board games and kitchen amenities. The hot tub overlooking the fall leaves in back yard was icing on the cake. Would definitely recommend!

Short getaway

Clean. Easy to find. Excellent wifi. Kitchen well stocked with what you need to cook meals and dine. One small glitch with the fireplace with quick answer from owner and quickly sent handyman to fix it! Lots of towels to enjoy the hottub on the deck! Would definitely rent again.

Perfect for our trip with friends!

Bearway to Heaven was perfect for our group of two adults and four children. The kids loved the theater room, playing outside, and the hot tub. We were close to all of the sites we wanted to see in Hocking Hills. Would definitely come again!

Chaos girls

The cabin was exactly as stated, clean, well equipped with everything that was needed. The location was close to Old Man’s Cave and just a like further to Ash Cave, our 2 hiking excursions. Was a little disappointed that we were not allowed to use the fire pit because of the drought but understood. Enjoyed the hot tub and time spent in the cabin playing games and laughing. Sorry that we didn’t have the time to use Wonderful the theater room. We spent time on the back deck playing games and watching the baby deers, no bears. .

Wonderful!

I wish we had been able to stay at properties like that when we were growing up! It was so clean and beautiful. Not too far from Old Man's Cave too! (Bonus, got to meet one of the local toads outside near the stairs. Super cute!) Enjoyed the cinema room downstairs, the bear decor was adorable, and had a campfire outside to round out our stay. Overall had a wonderful time and would rent again. 10/10 stars!

Peacefull Getaway

The home was well set up and very clean, the hot tub was turned on and hot on arrival. The deck was so peaceful and a great view. A very spacious home for our party of 6 adults. Easy access to Hocking hills trails and fairgrounds Lots of beautiful senior trails as well.
