Jaracza Downtown Studio is located in an excellent spot in the very heart of Łódź, on Kilińskiego Street. This dynamically developing district symbolizes the modern transformation of the city, blending post-industrial heritage with contemporary infrastructure and an urban lifestyle.

Just 650 meters from the apartment is Piotrkowska Street – the most characteristic and historic promenade in Poland, full of life and unique atmosphere. Here you will find numerous restaurants, cafés, boutique shops, souvenir stores, and nightclubs. Piotrkowska is also the epicenter of cultural events and festivals, hosting concerts, film festivals, fairs, and various artistic happenings that attract both locals and visitors. It is equally known for its vibrant nightlife, as the street comes to life in the evenings with bars, pubs, and clubs becoming the center of entertainment.

The area also offers many landmarks worth visiting, such as the Museum of the City of Łódź located in the historic Poznański Palace, the Archaeological and Topographical Museum, Passage of the Rose, the Museum of Light, the S. Jaracz Theatre, the Łódź Philharmonic, and the Grand Theatre. Just a short walk away, guests can relax in nature at Staromiejski Park or Helenów Park, escaping the city buzz without leaving the center.

The neighborhood is filled with shops, cafés, restaurants, entertainment venues, service points, and shopping malls including Manufaktura and Galeria Łódzka. The apartment is also very well connected to the rest of the city thanks to numerous bus and tram stops as well as nearby railway stations (Kilińskiego – Narutowicza, Kilińskiego – Jaracza, Łódź Fabryczna). This allows guests to easily reach other major attractions such as the spectacular zoo, the botanical garden known for its romantic tulip installations, or the Fala aquapark.

Jaracza Downtown Studio includes a living area with a sofa bed and fold-out armchair, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. Guests have access to a range of practical amenities including free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, hairdryer, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle, and kitchen utensils. Guests may use the publicly accessible outdoor parking area in front of the building, however parking spaces are not guaranteed.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building not equipped with an elevator.

For the start of your stay, we provide a basic set of hygiene products such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and shower gel. Please note that these items are limited and intended mainly for the first days of your stay. For full comfort during longer visits, we recommend purchasing additional supplies according to your needs.

You will surely find everything necessary for a pleasant and comfortable stay.
