"When we checked in, at 3:30, the clerk at the desk was not communitive. She did not greet visitors. There was a line and people did not know where to stand. When guests went up to her, as they assumed they were next in line, she told guest that they were not next in line. When we checked out in the morning around 11 that clerk was communitive. "
