Pleasant stay lovely breakfast

My daughter and I spent two nights here. The room was really clean and well provisioned with tea/ coffee facilities and a mini fridge which was very handy. Bathroom was spotless but the room carpet was rather grubby. We did not eat in the hotel as there are so many great places to eat nearby. The staff were really friendly and helpful on reception and in the spa. A super hotel near to all attractions and ashort distance to shops. We would definitely come back..

This hotel clearly has history and character. While the room showed a few signs of age—such as a sticky bathroom door, a loose showerhead holder, and a lack of bedside outlets—the cleanliness was top-tier. It's obvious the housekeeping team works hard to keep everything spotless. The customer service was exceptional across the board. A special shoutout to Ajey, who gave us such a warm, welcoming check-in! Also, do not skip the breakfast: the berry juice, oats, and yogurt were absolute highlights. We would definitely stay here again.
