"Beautiful view of the harbour located near the main road into town and very near Castle Dunollie,The rooms were clean and modern with vaulted celings and very comfortable beds however the elevator was abit clostrophobic, i would also encourage any Management reading to adjust the door tensioners so they close properly behind the guests and maybe look at the window fixings but break fast was great, haggis included and all staff friendly and hospitable, the parking was abit tight but found public...

"We had a wonderful stay in the spacious and elegant Merchant’s Suite, which had a wood stove and a jetted tub. The staff were all very kind and welcoming. We enjoyed all the breakfast options and we had dinner multiple nights in the pub- delicious. "

"We had a lovely room with a large bathtub. The bed was very comfortable. The town lost power but we still had hot water which was awesome as it allowed us to have hot showers in the morning. They also made arrangements for a complimentary hot breakfast our second morning when the power was back on. Holly was excellent and enabled us to check in even without the power. "Beautiful room, tremendous view, lots of little touches, e.g. binoculars on the window ledge, dressing gown and slippers, a dram left on the window ledge, a proper bottle of milk left in the fridge, a wee bottle of irn bru, energy bars….. and the list goes on! So very thoughtful. We had the opportunity to speak to both Peter and Nicola and they were genuinely interested in us having a great time, which we did.
