"Our stay was amazing. It was an unexpected gem. Extremely creative, comfortable, and easy to access. Not to mention, the area had its own charm. If you are doing Longwood Gardens, it’s a must. The introductions were also easy to follow. Parking was easy and the room was perfect!"

"Would not recommend that anyone stays here. The people working at the front desk did not even say hello when we arrived for check in. I just told them my name and they handed me a key card. The room is not very clean, odds stains on the walls, broken bathroom floor tiles, and mold on the bathroom ceiling. There’s also no lamps next to the bed, no hotel phone in the room, and the hair dryer does not work. The hallways of the building have an odd smell and do not appear clean. Absolutely not worth...

"I always enjoy my stay but this time I was a little disappointed due to no heater in the rooms and in the rooms there was the sounds of the water heater that didn’t let anyone sleep. I wish I would’ve known ahead of time the hotel was under maintenance repair."

"We real enjoyed our stay at the Inn. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. A couple of small quirks such as spotty internet and the bathroom door would not close but other than that we loved everything. Front desk staff was very helpful and the onsite restaurant Krazy Kats was great. My wife visited the Spa and said it was terrific."

"Desk staff was very polite and quick response time. Room itself had clean sheets and towels, an room itself was clean even if not in the best of shape. The water was the worst I have seen. It smelled of SULFUR and was only a light pressure - took forever to wet short hair. When exiting shower your entire body smelled of sulfur! "

"This visit exceeded our expectations. I wish we could have stayed longer! The room was very nicely decorated with a beautiful view from our balcony. We chose breakfast the night before and was very tasty. Highly recommended."

"We were disappointed that we had reserved a room with 2 Queen beds or a King Bed with a sofa bed - the sofa bed was too small to use for a teenager to sleep. The breakfast was horrible. So bad that my son and husband had to go to Wawa for breakfast the next day. Instead of eating the free breakfast. Bad cereal choices, inedible eggs and sausages, made my husband feel sick. Expensive for what you get, wouldn’t stay again."

"Room and bed were excellent. The parking situation is strange- stay on property for $25 a night if you can get a spot or park in the garage around the corner for $5 a night???? Maybe that because 3 of the 4 elevators at the Chestnut street parking garage didn’t work. Not good for bad knees to have to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs. Breakfast is not good- toaster didn’t work, Waffle mix was not good. Coffee pots were empty. After dinner we stop in at the hotel bar and ordered a Jameson...

"We were not sure what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. It feels more like a self service Airbnb as you get your own code emailed to you in advance to get into the building and your room. The place is quaint and well maintained. It provided what we needed - nothing fancy, convenient location. My one and only complaint was the coffee. It’s a basic household 12 cup brewer so both mornings we came down to an empty coffee pot and didn’t have time to wait for them to brew another pot....
