"The room was clean and AC worked great but no place to hang anything in the bathroom. Most of the staff was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good…so many people at the time of our stay that items were lacking sometimes. Overall it was an average stay."

"Nothing to complain about really. Were I being really picky I would say more fruit choices than apples at breakfast would make it better. They have an excellent waffle and toast bar and the potatos and eggs were nicely done and freshly cooked. We enjoyed the pool which was just right for our kids. "I only stayed one night so I can only comment on a few things. Our room was clean and the staff I engaged with was friendly and helpful. One disappointment was that there is a $9 fee for a parking pass for their lot. I think that’s ridiculous. I travel often and I’ve never been charged a fee to park in the hotels lot."

"first, the staff are very gery friendly. however inside the room thete is no water or anything. when we asked i was tols that i need to go down to the reception to get a bottle of water !!! Also the reason why i booked it becaused i wanted a hotel near the airport. this is not bear at all. it's over 15 mins drive. the following morning when we had the shuttle to the airport, the driver won't drop our luggages unless we help him !!! i personally have a frozen sholder issue and i couldn't eveb...

"Great hotel right next to the mall. No more POOL and the gym is very small. But the room was very well decorated and the layout was well thought out. Restaurant downstairs had a delicious breakfast so no need to go far."

"I had a couple of towels in the bathroom with hairs that werent mine on them, they did not do any housekeeping once during my whole 4 night stay. I had to go down each night and get fresh towels for the next day because they never serviced our room once even after I complained a couple times about it. The breakfast buffet was poorly done, not enough bacon each morning to feed all guests, pancake maker didnt work, everything was either too dry or too greasy or they ran out of stuff."
