Karen met us after we checked-in and she was very friendly and helpful. My wife and daughter liked the glamping area very much, its safe. "Wonderful hosts - Graham and Sheena are extremely focused on making everyone’s stay memorable. The beds are extremely comfy too! Beautifully kept carriage house in a central spot to visit many gems in the area. Was a very relaxing enjoyable stay! "

"Modern hotel a short walk away from the terminal and rental car facility at Inverness Airport. The room was clean and well-maintained. Staff are very friendly and happy to help out wherever possible. We arrived in a rental car, and left via the Inverness Airport rail station, which was a 15 minute walk via a paved path. Both options were convenient."

"Wonder step back in time. Quiet , unassuming and comfortable. You relax as soon as you step through the doors. Small dinner menu but freshly cooked, reasonably priced and delicious. Breakfast menu equally good. Wonderful staff team with old fashioned values. Thank you for making our stay so nice!"

"I was visiting Forres for a work event and needed a hotel nearby. The Carlton was lovely. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming; check in was a breeze. The room was super clean and had all the amenities you needed. The bed was excellent and very comfy. Would thoroughly recommend this excellent hotel which is great value for money."
