Our Tiny House "Oskar" in D-04509 Löbnitz is suitable for 4 people. In addition, the Tiny House features a wheelchair-accessible entrance. It has 2 bedrooms, one on the first floor and one in the attic. A fully equipped bathroom with a shower, an open-concept living/kitchen area, a smart TV, and a sauna. The open, bright living, dining, and kitchen area can become the heart of your vacation together. The large glass windows bring the atmosphere of the four seasons right into your home. In addition to the high-quality amenities (underfloor heating, a built-in kitchen with modern appliances such as a refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster), you’ll find a harmoniously coordinated interior design. The lake is just 100 meters from the vacation home. It is reserved exclusively for residents of Mühlfeldsee. With your modern vacation home right on Mühlfeldsee, you can enjoy your well-deserved days off in 35 m² of living space. The spacious sun terrace and the 175 m² property invite you to relax, enjoy barbecue evenings, and spend time socializing with friends and family. Your fully equipped vacation home leaves little to be desired.

Lake Mühlfeld is part of the Leipzig New Lake District and is located right next to the village of Löbnitz (population 2,000) in a charming setting surrounded by nature. To the west lie Seelhausener Lake and other lakes. These were formed by former open-pit lignite mining and are part of the Central German Lake District. To the north lie the Muldenauen wetlands and the 75,000-hectare Dübener Heide Nature Park. By car or bike, you’ll find a wide variety of excursion options and cultural attractions. You can explore the nearby nature reserves in the Leipzig Neuseenland and the Dübener Heide, as well as the inspiring city of Leipzig. Located about 25 km away, Leipzig offers you, your children, and your friends a wide range of shopping, recreational, cultural, and sporting activities—no matter the weather. From Auerbachs Keller to the Belantis amusement and adventure park, the Grassi Museum, the Mädlerpassage, St. Nicholas Church in Leipzig, the Monument to the Battle of the Nations, the Woliday water park, and the world-famous Leipzig Zoo—not to mention first-class sporting events (e.g., 1st Division: soccer, handball) and the Leipzig Trade Fair, the growing art and culture scene, and a seemingly endless culinary selection and variety of pubs, Leipzig offers you a welcome change of pace and plenty of variety. Bed linens and/or towels are not included as standard in the vacation home. You can bring your own bed linens and towels or rent them from us on-site. Towels cost €7.50 per person; bed linens cost €10.50 per person. Bed linens refer to sheets (including fitted sheets), duvet covers, and pillowcases. Duvets and pillows are always provided.
