"The property has been newly restored making everything modern and efficient yet the building itself is a classic. It's minimimal style and bright colors are great. This property is close to the train station making it very convenient to travel to other places. I loved the stay."

"Stayed here for almost two weeks and couldn’t have picked a better spot. Villa Princi was clean, quiet, and really comfortable. Easy to get around and in a great location for exploring both Calabria and Sicily. I actually spent the first 5 days driving around Sicily. The host was incredibly helpful. She gave me dining tips, pointed me to legit olive oil spots, and had some nice pastries and even some eggs if requested. Breakfast was perfect for me. "We were travelling from Syracuse to Milan and had a 7 hour stopover waiting for the night train from San Giovanni. This was a perfect haven being 10 minutes walk from the station/ ferry terminal which allowed us to get a shower and a few hours sleep. Friendly and helpful staff allowed an early check in. "We had a great stay. We are visiting from the USA and are booking hotels as we go, not ahead of time. We found this hotel around 6-7 PM and rang from the keypad on site. We were instructed to communicate from WhatsApp and everything from there went smoothly and quickly (as there wasn’t a host on site at that time). "Inside the hotel, the property is clean, spacious and comfortable. The hosts are very attentive. The room was very comfortable. While there is a gated parking lot in the back, the street is on a steep hill, which requires a steep set of concrete stairs to get up and down to walk anywhere, including public transportation.
