Welcome to Villa Los Arcos, Costa Brava, a stunning retreat for up to 12 guests. With its 6 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a toilet, this beautiful house offers ample space and comfort. Step outside and be greeted by breathtaking sea views, a private pool, and a play area for children. Ideal for a peaceful vacation with family or friends, Villa Los Arcos provides a delightful barbecue area by the pool, spacious outdoor tables for sun-soaked or shaded dining, as well as comfortable sun loungers and seating areas in the garden covered by palm trees and a beautiful buganvillea. Parking space for several cars is available right in front of the house.
At Villa Los Arcos Costa Brava, we warmly welcome your furry friends to join you on your vacation. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we provide bed linen, towels, and WiFi.
The house is spread across two floors. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. The bedrooms consist of a single room, a double room with bunk beds, and another double room that connects with the other two, featuring a spacious double bed, a desk, and a balcony with mesmerizing sea views. Downstairs, there are three additional bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are spacious double rooms with direct access to the garden, and the third bedroom features three single beds. There is also a complete bathroom with a toilet, a spacious shower, and a bathtub, along with a separate toilet. The lower floor boasts a generously sized living room and a kitchen with a large table and a small office area. Both the living room and the kitchen provide easy outdoor access to the garden. Additionally, in front of the pool, there is another complete bathroom.

Villa Los Arcos Costa Brava is nestled in a truly exceptional location, offering a vacation experience immersed in nature, with breathtaking sea views, and convenient access to all the amenities of the Costa Brava. Within a short 12-14 minute drive, you can reach pristine beaches, while large supermarkets such as ALDI, Lidl, and Mercadona are just about 8/10 minutes away by car. The villa's proximity to charming towns like Lloret and Blanes allows for easy exploration, and you can discover stunning beaches like Fenals, Cala Boadella, Santa Cristina, and Cala Canyelles. With its proximity to the forest, Villa Los Arcos is an ideal retreat for outdoor enthusiasts, offering opportunities for running, scenic walks along forest paths, and thrilling mountain biking adventures. As night falls, the clear skies provide a breathtaking backdrop of stars.

Sehr ruhig Tag u. Nacht.Schöner Ausblick.Sehr geräumiges Haus und großer Pool.Leider war der Herd bei unserem Aufenthalt defekt. Daher hatten wir nur eine Herdplatte für 7 Personen. Die Beschreibung "neues Haus" passt nicht. Der Zustand war insgesamt gut/ok. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Villa agréable

Très belle vue, extérieur très agréable et intérieur spacieux. La villa est au calme.Équipements correct et réactivité de Laura et son équipe quand nous avons eu un problème avec la machine à café. Le guide des alentours est egalement bien fourni pour vous aider à trouver des activités.

Fijn huis met gedateerde keuken en badkamers.

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Na het geven van onderstaande feedback heeft de vriendelijke, goed benaderbare eigenaresse meteen aangegeven eea op de website aan te gaan passen zodat de volgende geinteresseerden correct geinformeerd worden. We waren met 2 gezinnen met 6 ( grote) kinderen waardoor we wel last hadden dat de bovenste kleine slaapkamers niet te betreden zijn zonder door de grote slaapkamer te lopen. Daardoor was er geen sprake van privacy aldaar. De keuken is gedateerd, alsmede alle twee! de inpandige badkamers. Het oude badkamertje boven (1,5x 2 meter) heeft een douchebakje van 80x80 cm en strak daarnaast een wastafel+ toilet. Buiten is er een 'semi open' zwembaddouche/toilet. Wij vonden het geen Nieuw huis ( zoals in de omschrijving van de verhuurder) en vonden de prijs/kwalitiet niet geheel in balans hierdoor. Maar het huis is een heerlijke plek voor een fijne, rustige vakantie met veel vertier en uitstapjes in de buurt. sprake van privacy

Wonderful family holiday away from it all in this stunning villa

A little bit of paradise we will remember all our lives. We had a wonderful holiday in this lovely, spacious villa with its fabulous pool. It was my husband & I with our 3 adult sons & their girlfriends. Car is essential as it really is in the middle of nowhere (which suited us as it was a family get together). We visited the fabulous Tossa del Mar & Llafranc rather than battle parking in a rather loud Lloret in August. Little niggles - The lounge & one double room had no air-con so was very hot. You have to go through the lovely upper double for the 2 connecting rooms(so only good for kids). There were no coals for the bbq we planned on the first night - and a few starter ones would have been appreciated. Not enough mugs for us all to have tea at once - and a blind on the main bathroom would be good - but these are little things compared to the beauty of the villa. We ate out a lot - but the oven is too small (3 sittings to cook pizza). In the 3 bed room there is nowhere to put clothes except a bookcase and no mirror. Big upset - but not the hosts fault was the villa next door partied all through the night and the noise was dreadful for the upstairs room - however it was super peaceful during the day. Host came quickly to sort a small plumbing issue & was sorry about noise- but could not help. We all loved the holiday & would return to this fabulous villa.

Awesome villa for a nice relaxing stay. Our second year and will certainly be returning!

We absolutely loved this villa last year, so we decided to return. The villa is exactly as described. We would recommend it without hesitation. Plenty of room for two families (12 people) and Laura and Nico are always available to answer questions and help. We love the BBQ area in front of the pool. I can’t recommend this place enough and will certainly be returning.

Ne louer pas cette villa...

Séjour gâché !! liés aux différents désagréments que nous avons rencontrés dans cette villa !! L'état de propreté des lieux est honteux : - Les matelas, oreillers des lits sont dégoûtants, crasseux, avec des auréoles jaunes. - Les climatiseurs, bouches d'aération sont très sales, remplis de toiles d'araignées (rarement nettoyés). - Une odeur de renfermé désagréable à l'intérieur de cette maison, ainsi que dans les armoires anciennes ce qui rend impossible d'installer nos vêtements propres. - La qualité de l'eau de la piscine est douteuse, car flotte une pellicule grasse en surface qui ne donne pas l'envie de se baigner, les coussins des chaises longues extérieures étaient comme le reste très sales et avons dû les laver. - Pour terminer, nous avons réservé 5 nuits à l'hôtel, à cause des PUCES de lit qui nous ont piqués après 2 nuits passées dans cette maison. Nous avons fait constater ces piqûres auprès d'un pharmacien qui a bien confirmé que c'était des PUCES !!! En conclusion, ne comptez pas sur "ABRITEL" en cas de problème pour vous trouver une solution, mais aussi on vous font bien comprendre qu'il n'y aura aucun dédommagement pour le préjudice subi. Quant à la propriétaire, celle-ci nous a remboursé les nuitées d'hôtel et avait proposé que son équipe hyper-professionnelle revienne faire le ménage... Désolés, Madame, mais quand on met en location une villa, on se doit de contrôler l'état des lieux pour accueillir convenablement vos clients !!!

Paz y tranquilidad

Una casa espaciosa con una gran piscina ubicada en una zona muy tranquila. Hemos pasado unos dias en família muy agradables. Cuando tuvimos un problema Niko vino enseguida a arreglarlo, y Laura, la propietaria, se puso en contacto con nosotros para solucionarlo. Gracias a los dos. Un fallo és que en los Baños no hay cortinas, però por lo demas, una casa muy recomanable.

Un cadre idéal

Très agréable maison avec un cadre superbe. Séjour en famille avec 5 ados que nous avons mis à l’étage.Parfait pour eux. De grandes pièces, à 11 on ne s’est pas senti à l’étroit. Seul petit bémol il n’y a pas de penderies ds les 3 chambres en bas mais il y en a en haut.. La piscine est immense chaude et très propre, avec son patio couvert c’était super. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. La propriétaire est super dispo et très arrangeante.

Nicht ganz so wie erwartet

Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub. Nur sollte der Text des Inserats überarbeitet werden. Das Haus wird ganz bestimmt nicht zum ersten Mal vermietet, sondern ist teilweise sehr verwohnt. Auch sollte man wissen, dass es sich beim großen Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss um ein Durchgangszimmer handelt. Sowohl zu den weiteren Schlafzimmern, dem Bad, als auch zum Erdgeschoss. An Privatsphäre ist also nicht zu denken und stellte uns mit insgesamt 11 Personen vor Herausforderungen.. Das Bad oben ist sehr klein und die Dusche für große Personen kaum geeignet. Es gibt ‚nur‘ einen Duschvorhang. Es gibt nur in einigen Schlafzimmern eine Klimaanlage. Die Terrassensteine kommen teilweise hoch bzw fehlen, so dass es Stolperfallen gibt. Das Haus ist wahnsinnig hellhörig, das sollte man wissen. Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig oben auf dem Berg. Die Zufahrtsstraßen sehr ungepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung und dem Hausmeister vor Ort war absolut top und sie waren sehr hilfsbereit.

Un petit coin de paradis

L’endroit est idéal pour connaître la région et la maison est parfaite pour se reposer dans un coin calme et accueillant. Soirées sur la terrasse avec un superbe barbecue. Belles vues sur la mer et piscine très bien isolée (excellente alternative aux jolies criques et plages des alentours).

wunderbarer Urlaub

Das Haus und die Umgebung sind wunderbar. Wir konnten einen tollen Urlaub geniessen. Jedoch stimmt in einigen Punkten das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht: die Fotos sehen toll aus; bei genauerem Hinschauen jedoch sind Mängel da (bsp. raushängende Deckenkabel). Die Küche ist geräumig; jedoch fehlen einige Standardausrüstungen und auch die Bauweise ist sehr billig (an etlichen Stellen lösten sich die Abdeckungen/Furniere), Backofen/ Blech war sehr schmutzig, Geschirrspüler ist klapprig und fällt fast auseinander). Der Pool ist toll; aber die Wasserqualität liess zu wünschen übrig. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin / Hausdienst verlief sehr freundlich, prompt und wirklich toll!

Wonderful Finca
