"Charming B&B. Our room was beautiful and relaxing. Breakfast was tasty. It was right across from the Vanderbilt Mansion and had many other places to go to. We would definitely go there again."

"My daughter was attending the CIA Worldstride event. We drove in from Chicago and stayed there too. Our room had an amazing view of the bridge and the hotel was clean and beautiful. We felt so comfortable staying there. The staff was amazing. I left my makeup bag that contained my glasses on the couch and they were able to ship it me in Illinois."

"Location was okay although shared parking lot with not so nice Red Roof. Room view was back parking lot with quite a bit of trash on ground. Only spoke with staff at check in, very nice and check in was easy. Bath ceiling had mildew and peeling paint. There are quite a few hotel’s in the area, will choose different hotel when in area again."

Managers John and Pamela Wurster are not only genuinely welcoming, but they treated us to some of the best coffee and croissants we’ve ever had—plus some fresh summer plums! The lovely white picket fence-enclosed yard is filled with flowers, birds, and happy squirrels and chipmunks—and great restaurants and fun shops are just a 5- to 10-min walk away."

"The property is located in a beautiful riverside setting surrounded by greenery. Unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of the property. The entrance doors were badly worn and scratched, with no sign of even basic maintenance such as repainting. As soon as we entered the lobby, we were met with a strong smell of oriental spices that was very unpleasant. After checking in and entering our room on the second floor, we were overwhelmed by an unbearable odor. The first thing we had to do...
