"It was very clean and close to everything"

"Not the cleanest hotel. Staff were frustrated when I was checking in due to the elevators being down. I was checked in very quickly. Debit card was swiped for security deposit and then I was handed a key. No explanation to where my room was, what the room number is, or where anything was. Was told pool and elevators were down and no idea when they would be back up. Our room was not the cleanest, bathroom looked freshly used but our beds were made 😊. For $205 a night, I would of at least liked...

"Even though the staff were lovely people, the hotel was located in a sketchy part of town. We saw a high prostitute waiting for a pickup and a homeless guy going through the garbage at the front entrance. The carpet in our room was filthy. Luckily there were many bikers staying there and that may have discouraged any illegal activities from taking place. Linens were threadbare and I worried about reuse of sheets. Couldn't wait to leave."

"The place is beautiful! Right on Lake Michigan with the best sunsets Iv ever seen. Although the pool was great and shuffleboard was cool the WiFi didn’t work at all and I couldnt get any service on my phone. Normally I wouldn’t complain but there also wasn’t a tv. So there was nothing for my ten year old son and I could do after dark. I don’t think anyone checked in on us to ask how our stay was going or if we needed anything. "Do not book a room here. The place is dirty, very dated, and our room did not have hot water. After waiting about four hours and being told it was fixed, we discovered it was not. We asked for refund and left the hotel."
