"What an amazing service from Alexandra and Laurent - a lovely couple that gave an amazing and personalized service. Upon late arrival, I was offered homemade food, even there is no restaurant in the hotel and I could have an early breakfast at 7am due to early departure. Very nicely decorated room(s) and newly modern refurbished bathroom(s) with delicate interior. I believe this is the best personaled service I have received in years and I/we have about 60-70 nights in different hotels each...

"The room was very clean, very spacious and very quiet ( as requested). The staff were very friendly. The area is in the city center, where the roads were very narrow, but the hotel has a parking garage. At first, we couldn’t find the parking garage, so we had to find a far away garage to park our car and walk to the hotel to sort the parking problem. I would have liked the hotel to send me the address and directions of the parking garage. "

"Overall I have had an amazing experience with this hotel, from check in to check out, positive from start to finish. Location wise it is right outside the station, tram is 1 min walk and every thing is a nice beautiful 10-15 mins walk. Highly recommended"

"This is a most charming and quaint hotel, perfect for our 9 day stay in Paris. The staff were most helpful and very friendly. The hotel offers comfort and little extra benefits including a quiet inner garden also a sitting/ reading area.Definately reccomnend a stay here. "

"Loved our rooms. Not in main hotel building - in a small courtyard behind it. Perfect for us - so pleased we were allocated those 2 rooms. Only reason not given 5 stars is the difference in room equipment. No fridge in one and a fridge not working in the other. "

"Great property. Gentleman and ladies at reception were very friendly and helpful! We paid extra for a parking space and would recommend this. Room comfortable, clean and modern. Lovely new bathroom. Great view of Carcassonne from the little terrace and only an 8 minute walk. Plenty of dining options right outside your door."

"Wonderful staff and great breakfast. Curtains did not block out street lights at night but otherwise room was charming and comfortable. Location very convenient. We would definitely stay here again"

"Absolutely wonderful stay. Everything is as described. Clean. Perfect location. Small parking lot next to their building. The breakfast was expansive. The staff were all so friendly even though I don’t speak any French. 100% would recommend and stay here again. Get the ocean view room. "
