"Booked a 3 bed flat and was charged for a 3 bed flat. Instead of getting what we had booked we had to move every night from a 2 bed flat to a studio flat and back to another 2 bed flat (there was 4 of us). Instead of offering an compensation they just said that it was my fault."

"D12 treetops at Clarach bay is a lovely setting. Family friendly and lovely staff. We had hot water and good recycling facilities. The site was perfect. However, some of our bedcovers had chocolate on them!!! We found spares to use instead. The green headboard on the main bedroom had a strong smell ..."

Lovely engaging host
"Heather is amazing, greeted us and served us Welsh cakes on arrival! Made a dinner reservation for us and served an amazing breakfast!! You have your own sitting room, bedroom is quaint and lovely. Would highly recommend."
