The car park is right behind the hotel and even though it is a pay and dispay car park, the convenience of its location is well worth the six pounds for a full day charge. "What makes this B+B stand out is the attention to detail in making guests comfortable. Little things like providing body lotion, plenty of cups/mugs so you don't have to try to wash up, fresh milk, plenty of sockets for your phone etc and much more. On top of this the surrounding countryside is beautiful and quiet, the breakfasts excellent with plenty of choice, and the hosts provide a warm welcome."

"Unglaublich freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück und Abendessen. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Zimmer sehr sauber. Einziges Kriterium unser Zimmer lag direkt über dem Pub und Eingangsbereich. Man hatte nicht wirklich Ruhe. Mit Ohropax war Schlafen dann möglich. Ansonsten würde ich diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen. "

"Had a lovely time staying here. Different from staying in a hotel. Hot drinks offered to us every time we came in. Beautiful big bedroom with a large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Clean, tidy, really comfortable bed. Had the best 2 nights sleep I’ve had for ages. The breakfast was cooked to perfection and the proprietors are lovely, warm, friendly people. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return next time we’re in the area. Thank you both x"

"We enjoyed our stay very much! The property owner obviously thought of every need one might have. From the towels to the tea to the nicely stocked breakfast. We had a wonderful view from 5B, a super bed and it was quiet. Along the stair landings were books, dog biscuits, wine corkscrews and even a sewing kit. A big thanks to Patrick. "
