Cosy Modern Apartment in the Heart of Llandudno

This beautiful, comfortable recently refurbished self-contained flat is set in the centre of Llandudno. It is offers all the convenience of a town centre flat, but is peaceful and quiet due to its location.

This cosy first floor flat has just been refurbished to a high standard to make your stay with us as great as it can be. Though it is in the centre of Llandudno, this flat is at the rear of the building and is therefore much quieter than you might think.

The flat is just a few yards from the seafront and central shops and restaurants, though if do not want to dine out, the modern Kitchenette has a oven/hobs, microwave, small fridge-freezer, pots, pans and all the usual crockery and utensils to make that tasty home-cooked meal. The breakfast bar for two is the ideal seating area.

The double bed in the bedroom comes with all bedding, and there is extra in the store cupboards should you need it. There is a wardrobe in the bedroom for your clothes.

The bathroom has a shower, toilet and mirror.

There is a downstairs room with washing machine which is shared with one other flat.

In walking distance of the beach and is the perfect stopping place to the mountains of Snowdonia.

Though there is no parking on site, parking is available in the surrounding area. On the street outside you can park overnight for free, but your car must be moved by 10am to avoid incurring the wrath of the parking wardens!

Llandudno Train Station is a five-minute walk.

Guest access the apartment through a private, key safe entrance to the building. A hallway and one flight of stairs then takes the guests into apartment 1 at the rear of the building.

Though we state 10am check-out and 5pm check-in we do have flexibility with this, so when booking please ask and we will do all we can to meet your needs.
