Also the TV didn't have Netflix as suggested (I think due to the WiFi signal strength) but these are minor things I could have fixed just by asking. Breakfast was good and location for public transportation too. For Essen Messe the location isn't fast to get to unless...

"Mega Dusche mit vernünftigen Wasserstrahl, super bequeme Betten. Freundliches Personal."

"The place is nicely maintained, the location in Ratingen is convenient, they have plenty of hotel parking -for a fee. Rooms are ok in size (not too much space, though) and very clean, everything works well, coffee / tea and kettle are in the room. The front staff is friendly and helpful! They have a very nice restaurant with decent food and great staff, and the breakfast choices / quality are good, though a little pricy! Overall a good experience, a hotel I would use again if in the area."
